1. Scope of Services

We provide professional lawn care, landscaping, and exterior maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming

• Seasonal cleanups and mulching

• Garden bed maintenance and planting

• Gutter cleaning and pressure washing

• Other agreed-upon services listed in quotes or invoices

All services will be completed per the agreed scope and schedule. Any changes may affect final pricing.

2. Scheduling and Access

• Service days and times may vary based on weather or workload.

• Clients must ensure we have access to the property (unlocked gates, no pets loose, etc.).

• Missed appointments due to access issues may incur a service fee.

• Weather-related delays will be rescheduled promptly at no charge.

3. Estimates and Pricing

• All quotes are based on yard size, condition, and requested services.

• Prices may be adjusted if additional labor or materials are needed.

• Any changes to pricing will be discussed and approved before work continues.

4. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted forms: cash, check, or digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).

• Late invoices (7+ days past due) may incur a late fee.

• Large landscaping projects may require a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

• Weather cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty.

6. Property Conditions and Liability

• Client must remove personal items, toys, and pet waste before service.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects such as rocks, hoses, or sprinklers.

• We take safety seriously and perform all work carefully; however, we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage near mowing or trimming areas.

• Any significant damage will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.

7. Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing

• Exterior water access may be required.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, siding, or structural elements.

• Pressure washing is performed using safe pressure levels to protect surfaces.

8. Pet Policy

All pets must be safely contained during service hours. The company is not liable for lost or injured pets if gates are left open by the client.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our work. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may end recurring services with written notice. Any outstanding balances are due at termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
